  • Financial Aid

    Financial assistance is available for those who qualify and a separate application is submitted online. This is need-based and operates on a first come first serve until funds are no longer available. To learn more, please visit the forms below about our financial aid services.

    Families can apply for financial aid through FACTS. Once you set up an account, you will be instructed to upload various documents that will be used to determine eligibility and need. You can apply here.

The additional fees associated with student acceptances require direct learning support services in core subject areas such as reading, writing, math, and work-study skills.

Point-of-Need Learning Support for grades K through 2 only is based on a teacher’s recommendation to parents at any point during the school year. No outside documentation is required to receive support. Learning Support Services (Point of Need) may be in core subject areas or work-study skills. If both areas are needed, the fee increases accordingly.  

Grade interventions offered in grades 3 through 5 are based on a teacher’s recommendation to parents at any point during the school year. Initially, no outside documentation is required to receive support. However, based on the student's progress, outside documentation may be recommended.

Direct Learning Support offered in grades 6 through 12 requires supporting documentation from an outside source, such as current psychological evaluation and/or medical diagnosis. A current IEP or 504 plan should also be submitted if entering from public school.

  • Before & After Day Care

    View our Before Care & After Care options that provide an enriching environment for your child(ren) beyond the traditional school hours. Notre Dame Academy's before & after care programs begin as early as 7:00 AM and are available until 6:00 PM.

  • Textbooks

    Books and supplies vary depending on each grade level. Parents can expect to purchase summer reading books, textbooks, and other supplies throughout the school year. We also offer 1st Day School Supplies as a way to purchase the majority of school supplies.
  • Uniforms

    Uniforms are purchased by parents at Dennis Mills Uniform Company. We also offer a used uniform sale each year.
  • Lunch

    Notre Dame Academy provides a hot lunch program managed by Welch's Personal Chefs. The lunch program is designed to provide healthy options that are age appropriate. Click here to learn more about our hot lunch program.
  • Extracurricular Activities

    Students that participate in athletics are charged dues that cover league fees, uniforms, any gear they purchase, coach's stipend and game day operations (referees). Your students FACTS account will be billed once the season is over.
     
    Academics, fine arts, and club activities may charge additional fees. Your student's FACTS account will be billed for costs like IB exams, PSAT/SAT exams, bus transportation, banquets, and other expenses.

  • Q: How are tuition, fees, and additional expenses billed?

    Billing and payment for tuition, fees, and additional expenses are handled through FACTS, our billing system. Upon acceptance to Notre Dame Academy, families set up a FACTS account
  • Q: When are tuition, fees, and additional expenses billed?

    A $1,850 enrollment deposit and a $115 enrollment fee is due at the time of enrollment. This deposit secures your child(ren)’s spot in their grade level and is applied towards tuition for the school year. Tuition, fees, and any additional expenses are billed through FACTS Tuition Management. Families have the option to pay the balance of tuition in full; semi-annual payments due in June and December; or they may choose the 12 month payment plan option. Additional fees and other miscellaneous charges will be billed over the course of the year and must be paid on the subsequent month’s bill via FACTS.
  • Q: Can payments be made from a 529 plan?

    Yes, 529 plan payments of up to $10,000 per calendar year per student can be used to pay Notre Dame Academy tuition expenses.
  • Q: How much does it cost to participate on a sports team?

    The range of fees for sports teams is $195 to $500 depending on the level and sport. At the beginning of each season, the head coach will review what the fee covers.
