Student and Family Organization

We believe that a school is only as strong as its families, which is why we created our School and Family Organization or SFO, a version of the traditional PTA, in order to develop and strengthen our parent community while supporting the school's mission. We depend on the hard work and dedication of our countless parent volunteers to execute the many events and programs throughout the academic year.

Adoration

Help to promote and recruit volunteers to attend Adoration. If you would like to help with adoration, please email Julie Pack.
Book Fair

Assist Media Specialist in organizing the Book Fair. If you would like to help with the book fair, please email Mrs. Dana Altone.
Catholic Schools Week

Assist the Director of Religious Education with planning fun activities. If you would like to help with Catholic Schools Week, please email Mrs. Julie Pack .
Lower School Dance

Help to plan the dance for 1st - 5th grade students including promotions, staff volunteers, and other venue assignments. This can be a Co-Chair event.
Middle School Dance

Plan the spring dance for 6th - 8th grade students including promotion, staff volunteers, and other venue assignments. This can be a Co-Chair event.
New Family Ambassadors

Help connect new families with current Notre Dame Academy families to become integrated into the school community. Reach out, arrange play dates with common age kids, etc.
Prayer Chain

If you would like to be added to our Notre Dame Academy Community prayer chain, please email Mrs. Julie Pack .
Partners Rewards Program

Help us promote our Partners Rewards Programs. i.e. Box Tops for Education, Kroger Community Rewards Program, and Publix Partners Program. Last year, Notre Dame Academy raised $2,200.00 from these easy programs.
Room Parents/Coordinator

Assign room mothers to each homeroom, help Service Learning Coordinator with classroom service projects, and coordinate room parent communications.
Teacher Appreciation Week

Coordinate a luncheon and special recognition for the teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week held during the first week in May. This is usually a team of several people. If you would like to help with Teacher Appreciation Week, please email Mrs. Sandy Bianco.
Upper School Dance

Plan dances for Upper School students including promotion, staff volunteers, and other venue assignments. This can be a Co-Chair event.
